I tried this recipe and liked it. I was looking for things to cook in my new slow cooker and this came out fine. Had to add a little more chilli though as I like my food spicy.
Had this last night. Made a change to using beef and tasted delicious. will cook it again.
haven't used the micrtowave to cook meals from scratch before but this worked out ok enjoyed it
