Cabbage and Spinach Coleslaw

Ingredients1 medium head green cabbage about 900g
1 medium head red cabbage about 900g
1 medium red onion
60ml cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
150g spinach leaves.
Had this last night. Made a change to using beef and tasted delicious. will cook it again.

I tried this recipe and liked it. I was looking for things to cook in my new slow cooker and this came out fine. Had to add a little more chilli though as I like my food spicy.
